If your insurance company is not listed, please contact our office. Some insurance companies are subsets of the listed providers. We usually take all forms of insurance.
If you are self-pay, or if you have a high deductible, we will ask you to make a payment plan with Louise at your first visit to our office. We will help you to structure a plan which works for you.
When you contact us with a medical issue, you will speak with one of our triage nurses. Our triage nurses are one of our greatest assets. The women on the other end of the telephone during the days are compassionate and informative, with many years of experience working with women.
When you call to speak to one of our nurses, you may be sent to voice mail. Do not be concerned. This simply means this nurse is already helping another client. Please leave a brief message, and she will call you back.
If you are having a medical emergency, please do not leave a message. Explain to Marsha or Deb that you need urgent attention for a medical issue. Please be respectful to our staff and patients, and ask for emergency response only for truly emergent issues.
