We accept a wide range of major insurance plans and are committed to providing clear, upfront billing information to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Please contact your insurance carrier directly to confirm whether Maitri Healthcare is in network for your specific plan. Coverage can vary, and your carrier can provide the most accurate, up‑to‑date information.
Patients with an outstanding balance can set up a monthly payment plan that automatically charges a credit or debit card. Plans run for up to six months, with payments processed on the 1st of each month. Any balance more than 60 days past due may pause the ability to schedule new appointments until it’s resolved. By completing the authorization, patients allow Maitri Health Care for Women to securely charge the card on file for any portion of their bill identified as their responsibility, and the authorization remains active until the balance is fully paid.
Patients who would like to set up a payment plan can call our billing department at 802‑735‑0001 or download the payment plan form and bring the completed copy to their next appointment.
We can also accept payments over the phone, through the patient portal, or by text message for added convenience. You’ll receive a secure text link with your appointment reminder that allows you to make a payment quickly and easily.
