Chelsea Oclatis

Chelsea has been part of the Maitri team since 2018 and currently serves as our Nurse Manager. From a young age, she always knew she wanted to work in Women’s Healthcare. With a strong background in reproductive health and a deep commitment to patient-centered care, Chelsea is passionate about supporting individuals through every step of their journey—from navigating complex health challenges to offering hands-on care at births in her role as a doula. As a supervisor, Chelsea is committed to fostering a supportive, engaging work environment where staff feel supported and valued while maintaining a strategic focus on delivering exceptional patient care and optimizing the overall patient experience for all at Maitri.

Chelsea lives in Burlington with her husband and their two children and dog, Frankie! Outside of work, she enjoys being at the beach, biking around town, and enjoying all of the delicious food and live music Burlington has to offer.
