Mary Williams

Mary brings over 20 years of management experience to Maitri, with the past 12 years focused in healthcare. She is passionate about making every patient’s experience smooth, compassionate, and personal. Drawing on her extensive experience, Mary has honed the ability to lead day-to-day operations, foster strong teamwork across departments, and create processes that make life easier for both patients and providers. Her goal is simple: to make sure everyone who walks through the doors feels supported, cared for, and confident in their care.

Mary came to Vermont to attend St. Michael’s College and has loved calling it home ever since. Outside of work, she enjoys quiet days by the lake with her family, swimming, boating, and soaking in everything Vermont offers.
